刘芳,女,1993年1月生,工学博士,现为浙江农林大学经济管理学院专任教师,特设教授岗位。2023年获得工学博士学位(浙江大学-西湖大学联合培养),并获得西湖大学“校长奖章”(西湖大学博士研究生最高荣誉奖)。研究方向:固废资源化管理与规划(包括生命周期环境影响-经济效益评价、ChinaTax模型开发、碳减排潜力分析、贸易外部性等)。目前已发表论文20余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文13篇。授权发明专利3项,实用新型专利3项。代表性学术成果发表在《Nature Food》《Resources Conservation & Recycling》《Sustainable Production and Consumption》《Energy Conversion and Management》等TOP 1区期刊。
