徐凯,博士,讲师。同济大学管理科学与工程博士,南京大学工学硕士,新加坡国立大学访问学者、荷兰阿姆斯特丹自由大学访问学者。长期从事能源与环境经济学、可持续创新管理、公共政策管理等研究。
